Association and Administrator Rights. Section 1. Use of Facilities The Association shall have the right to use building facilities at reasonable times and hours for Association meetings provided this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school procedures. When special custodial service is required, the Board will charge the Association for the actual charge involved. Section 2. Provision for Information The Board agrees to provide in the form in which it is available in the records of the District, upon written request of the duly designated Association representative, all financial and non-confidential personnel information relative to the District; excluding, however, any and all financial information or data which may be held no accessible to administrative bargaining units by any statute, state administrative or judicial body.
