Association and President. If the grievance is not resolved at Step 2 and 33 the Association wishes to pursue the matter further, it shall, within seven (7) calendar 34 days following receipt of the Vice President’s written response at Step 2, present the 35 grievance in writing to the Hospital President, or his designee, for consideration and 1 determination. A Labor Relations Representative or other field representative of the 2 Association, the grievant, and other pertinent parties shall meet with the President, or 3 his designee, within ten (10) calendar days to review the grievance. The President, or 4 his designee, shall make a determination of the matter, in writing, within seven (7) 5 calendar days following the meeting with the Labor Relations Representative.
