ASSOCIATION BUSINESS DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. Designated representatives of the ASSOCIATION shall be allowed to receive telephone calls and other communications concerning ASSOCIATION business at any time during school hours providing it does not disrupt the teacher's classroom assignment or interfere with the daily operation of the school.
