Common use of Association Conference & Workshop Leave Clause in Contracts

Association Conference & Workshop Leave. 21 The Association may request up to a total of ten (10) days per regular school year to 22 attend Association Conferences and workshops or to conduct other Association 23 business which does not interfere with instruction or the duty of other personnel. The 24 Association will assume the cost of substitutes. Such requests shall be approved by 25 the Superintendent, except in the case of emergencies or other extenuating 26 circumstances.
