Common use of Association Copy Clause in Contracts

Association Copy. The Association shall be furnished a copy of the files 10 or any portion thereof at no expense to the Association, when and to the extent that the 11 file information is relevant to issues of contract or grievance administration. Medical 12 records will be disclosed by the County only upon presentation of a valid release signed 13 by the employee. Records compiled prior to the date of employment of an employee 14 may be withheld from disclosure to the Association or the employee. 1 ARTICLE 11
