Common use of Association Meetings Clause in Contracts

Association Meetings. The Board agrees that the Association has the right to use a school building (except central office) for meetings after duty hours subject to reasonable advance notice to the affected school principal. The principal shall respond in a reasonable amount of time. Such use shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations or conflict with previously scheduled activities. When special custodial service is required, the Board may charge the Association for this service.
