ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES COLLECTION. 1.1 Employees are not required to join the Association as a condition of employment. Whether or not Employees are Members of the Association, they shall pay the equivalent of dues, either to the Association or to a registered charitable organization of their choice (see clause 1.2 below). Whether or not Employees are Members of the Association, they shall have the right of StFXAUT representation at any meeting with an Academic Administrator.
