Association Membership Requirement. 2.1.1 All employees who are members of the Association shall maintain membership as a condition of employment for the duration of this Agreement. 2.1.2 For the purpose of paragraph 2.1.1 above, membership in good standing in the Association shall consist of payment of monthly dues required by the Association as a condition of membership. 2.1.3 Employees who are required hereunder to maintain membership in the Association and fail to do so, upon verification of notice of such fact in writing from the Association to the District, shall be terminated.
