Association Objections to Appointments. The Association shall be notified of the name of the successful applicant by the Employer publishing the names of the successful applicants on the Non-Teaching Appointment Bulletin within ten (10) working days of such position(s) being filled. Any objection by the Association to staff changes shall be construed as a dispute between the parties bound by this Agreement, as provided for under the grievance procedure.
