PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 The parties agree to be bound by and contract on the terms set out in this Agreement.
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. It is my understanding and intent that this Agreement shall be binding on myself and all other persons or entities who may initiate any suit, action, claim, demand, or other proceedings arising out of the Released Activities, including but not limited to my estate, executors, heirs, legal representatives, administrators, successors and assigns.

(a) Sydney Anglican Home Mission Society (Employer);
(b) all Employees performing work within the Employment Classifications in the part of the Employer’s business known as the Chesalon Division excluding head office executive administrative staff;
(c) the New South Wales Nurses’ Association;
(d) the Australian Nursing Federation;
(e) the Health Services Union;
(f) the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, New South Wales Branch.

1. The Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust ("the Trust");
2. The Australian Workers’ Union (AWU)
3. Employees of the Trust who are employed within the classifications set out in Clause 3.1 of this Agreement
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. This enterprise agreement is made in accordance with:
(i) The provisions of sections 32-47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 ("the Act")
(ii) The Principles for Approval of Enterprise Agreements 2002 (matter IRC 1782 of 2002) as provided by section 33 (1) of the Act This enterprise agreement shall apply to and be binding upon the:
(i) Shoalhaven City Council ("the Council"); and
(ii) Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch ("the ETU") on behalf of the employees of the Council who are eligible to be members of the ETU, whether they be members or not
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. It is my understanding and intention that this Release be binding not only on me, but on anyone or any entity, including my estate and my heirs, that may be able to sue because of my injury or death. It is further my understanding and agreement that this Release is intended to and does in fact release all Releasees from any and all claims or obligations whatsoever, foreseen and unforeseen, contemplated or not contemplated, arising in any way from my participation in the Conservation Course Activities, even if caused by the negligence or other fault of WII or any other Releasee.
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement is made between Paradisio Entertainment Pty Limited trading as Cinema Paradiso (ABN: 38 119 216 983) (the “employer”) and casual cinema staff (the “employees”) engaged from time to time by the employer.
(b) This agreement does not apply to team supervisors, projection staff or managers.
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement shall be known as the “Basic Agreement” and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales assignments, transfer, or the like shall succeed to or be entitled to a substantial part of the business of any signatory.
(b) The EMPLOYER agrees that the terms of this Agreement apply only to rehearsals and performances in the U.S. and Canada and their dependencies or possessions. AGMA reserves the right to set up the terms and conditions, including all terms of employment, rehearsal, travel and performance, as a condition for granting permission to the EMPLOYER to take ARTISTS for an engagement or series of engagements on tour outside of the U.S. or Canada.
(c) Nothing contained within this Agreement or the Individual Employment Contracts in any way shall abrogate the artistic prerogatives of this management, which shall be the sole judge and arbiter of any and all artistic matters.
PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. 4.1 The parties to Agreement will be:
(a) the Company; and
(b) the Employees. (Collectively the “Parties”).
4.2 The UWU will be covered by the Agreement where it gives notice to the FWC under section 183 of the FW Act.
