Common use of Association Office Clause in Contracts

Association Office. The College will provide on-campus office facilities for the Association without charge. The Association Office (A123) shall be equipped by the College. The Association will pay the College ten dollars ($10) per month per telephone line provided to the Association. In addition, the Association will reimburse the College for all SCAN charges incurred by the Association. In the event that applicable law requires the College to charge the association for office facilities, the matter will be referred to the Labor- Management Committee for resolution.
