Association President Reassigned Time. The Board agrees to release the Association President from his/her contracted duties for a total of forty percent (40%) (six (6) ILCs per term) of the Association President’s basic contract assignment. 1. The Association President shall use this reassigned time to work with the College Board and the College President on College matters. 2. The Association and/or President agree not to misuse this reassigned time. If misuse is proven and not corrected, then this condition of the agreement shall be declared void.
