Association Related Meetings. A. The ASSOCIATION President and officially elected delegates or alternates may attend the annual OEA Representative Assembly by following Section 11.01 of the prescribed Professional Meeting Attendance procedure. B. The BOARD is not obligated for any expenses related to the Assembly except to provide released time for said President, delegates or alternates. C. The BOARD shall provide substitute teachers in the absence of said President, delegates or alternates when available.
