Association Responsibility. The Association recognizes its responsibility as exclusive representative and agrees to represent all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination.

Association Responsibility. The Association shall have, in addition to other responsibilities expressly set forth herein or provided by law, the following responsibilities:
Association Responsibility. In the event that the Association, its officers, agents, representatives, or members engage in any of the conduct prohibited above, the Association or its duly authorized representatives shall immediately instruct any employees engaging in such conduct that their conduct is in violation of this Memorandum of Understanding and is unlawful, and they should immediately cease engaging in the prohibited conduct and return to work. If the Association performs all of the responsibilities set forth above, its officers, agents and representatives shall not be liable for damages for prohibited conduct performed by employees who are covered by this Agreement.

In addition, if requested by the Prosecuting Attorney, a responsible official of the Association shall publicly order such Deputies to cease engaging in such a work stoppage.
