Common use of Association Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Association Responsibility. The Association recognizes its responsibility as 25 bargaining agent and agrees to represent all nurses with respect to grievances as herein defined. 26 Such representation shall be afforded any nurse within the bargaining unit whether or not that 27 nurse is a member of the Association.
