Common use of Association Staff Members Clause in Contracts

Association Staff Members. Full-time or part-time paid officials of the Association, who are not employees, or who are employees on leave of absence without pay to act as paid officials of the Association, shall be granted access to Commission premises at all reasonable times to investigate grievances or other matters affecting relations between the Commission and the Association, to consult with members or representatives of the Association, or to investigate conditions of employment. In all such cases the Association's paid official shall notify in advance a supervisor designated by the Commission and shall not interfere with the operation of the Commission.
