Assumption of Dangers, Risks and Hazards. Each Visitor acknowledges and understands that no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made by the Released Parties as to the condition of the Property. This document is sufficient warning, and each Visitor understands, that dangerous conditions, risks and hazards exist in connection with the activity of ice skating, ice hockey, curling, broom ball and other activities conducted at the Property, including spectating such events. Each Visitor understands that his presence and activities on the Property expose him and his property to such dangerous conditions, risks and hazards Each Visitor hereby expressly assumes all such dangers, risks and hazards.

Assumption of Dangers, Risks and Hazards. Each Visitor acknowledges and understands that no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made by the Released Parties as to the condition of the Property. This document is sufficient warning that dangerous conditions, risks and hazards do exist. Each Visitor understands that his presence and activities on the Property expose him and his property to dangerous conditions, activities, risks and hazards, including but not limited to: poisonous snakes, insects and spiders; predator control traps, guns, poisons and other devices; blinds, tree stands and wind towers and turbines, whether or not erected by the Released Parties; erosion and general condition of the Property, both on and off roadways, creating rough, hazardous and dangerous driving and conditions; animals, both wild and domestic, that may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous, deep water; persons with firearms, both on and off the Property; and the use of vehicles and machinery (among them, on and off road vehicles, all terrain vehicles, farm and ranch equipment and machinery and others). Each Visitor hereby expressly assumes all such dangers, risks and hazards, including the inherent danger of hunting.

EACH VISITOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ALL SUCH DANGERS, RISKS AND HAZARDS.

  • Fire Hazards Explosives and inflammable materials which conflict with the Insurance Underwriting or Fire Department must be excluded. The City Fire Department prohibits the use of paper, crepe paper, or corrugated papers, and cardboard that has not been flame proofed for decoration of exhibit booths. All cloth drapes or table covers must be treated for fire resistance. All boats and motorized vehicles must have fuel tanks sealed and batteries disconnected. The Fire Marshal may require fuel tanks to be drained and purged. All exhibits must be in compliance with ordinances and laws of the City and the State in which the Show is held.

  • Hazards The Tenant shall not undertake, or permit his/her family or guests to undertake, any hazardous acts or do anything that will increase the project's insurance premiums. Such action constitutes a material non-compliance. If the unit is damaged by fire, wind, or rain to the extent that the unit cannot be lived in and the damage is not caused or made worse by the Tenant, the Tenant will be responsible for rent only up to the date of the destruction. Additional rent will not accrue until the unit has been repaired to a livable condition.

  • Nuclear Hazard This Exclusion 7. pertains to Nuclear Hazard to the extent set forth in M. Nuclear Hazard Clause under Section I – Conditions.

  • Additional Insured Status and Scope of Coverage The County of Los Angeles, its Special Districts, Elected Officials, Officers, Agents, Employees and Volunteers (collectively County and its Agents) shall be provided additional insured status under Contractor’s General Liability policy with respect to liability arising out of Contractor’s ongoing and completed operations performed on behalf of the County. County and its Agents additional insured status shall apply with respect to liability and defense of suits arising out of the Contractor’s acts or omissions, whether such liability is attributable to the Contractor or to the County. The full policy limits and scope of protection also shall apply to the County and its Agents as an additional insured, even if they exceed the County’s minimum Required Insurance specifications herein. Use of an automatic additional insured endorsement form is acceptable providing it satisfies the Required Insurance provisions herein.

  • Environmental Pollution Unless disposition of environmental pollution is specifically a part of this contract, PURCHASER shall immediately notify STATE of any hazardous substance(s) which PURCHASER discovers or encounters during performance of the operation. "Hazardous substance(s)" are those substances, materials, or wastes regulated by state or federal law. PURCHASER shall immediately cease operating in any particular area of the operations where a hazardous substance(s) has been discovered or encountered, if continued operations in such area would present a bona fide risk or danger to the health or well being of PURCHASER's or any subcontractor's work force. Upon being notified by PURCHASER of the presence of hazardous substance(s) on the areas of operations, STATE shall arrange for the proper disposition of such hazardous substance(s).

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Risks This notification is missioned to reveal to the Customer the information regarding risks connected with conducting trading operations on the financial markets and to warn the Customer about possibility of financial losses related to these risks. In the present Agreement it is impossible to disclose all information about all potential risks due to sheer number of possible situations. The interpretation of the notions and terms used in this notification fully coincides with interpretation of those in the Agreement on processing and executing the Customer orders.
