At Unloading Point. Rs.1000 per day for Group C &D (Heavy Mechanical Trucks/mini / close body/ part load) and Rs.2000 per day for Group-A & B(FBT Trailers, LBT Trailers), after 3 working days of arrival of the vehicle is payable based upon entry date and receipt date mentioned on LR by the consignee/ its representative/ BHEL representative at the destination. The detention charges shall be limited to maximum 20% of the freight charges. The detention charges shall be payable for consignments sent on full truck load basis only. The detention charges shall also be payable on submission of GPS report/ diesel slip of destination area (whichever is earlier) regarding arrival of vehicle at the destination. Transporter shall provide GPS access to BHEL for verification of same.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
