At Loading Point. Rs.500 per day for Group C &D (Heavy Mechanical Trucks / mini truck/ close body/ part load) and Rs.1000 per day for Group-A&B (FBT Trailers, LBT Trailers), after 3 working days of arrival of the vehicle is payable subject to based upon entry and LR date mentioned by consignor. The detention charges shall be limited to maximum 20% of the freight charges. The detention charges shall be payable for consignments sent on full truck load basis only.
At Loading Point. Rs.600 per day after 3 working days of arrival of the vehicle is payable subject to verification certificate from the consignor. This verification certificate is to be obtained by the transporter and submitted along with the bill. The detention charges shall be limited to maximum 10% of the freight charges. The detention charges shall be payable for consignments sent on full truck load basis only.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement.
