Detention Charges. 9.1 Detention charges shall be paid extra if the vehicles are not loaded / unloaded / released within the stipulated time given below: Vehicle Type (T1 to T17) 1 Stores Wards /Logistics Area of BHEL Units /Sites / Harbour / CFSs / Other Locations 3 9.2 For example, if the vehicle reached at site for unloading and made IN entry on 01.01.2020, the free period (4 days as per above table) will be available up to 05.01.
Detention Charges. 22.1 The agency designated for this purpose by MOICS will pay Detention/Locomotive Hire charges in respect of locomotives of Indian Railways to the agency designated for this purpose by MOR for the duration of time spent at ICD Birgunj after the lapse of the notified free time at scales of charge notified by MOR from time to time. 22.2 The agency desig nated for this purpose by MOICS will also pay Detention/Wagon Hire Charges in respect of wagons/flats of Indian Railways and Container Corporation of India to the agency designated for this purpose by MOR for the duration of time spent at ICD Birgunj after the lapse of the notified free time at scales of charge notified by MOR from time to time. 22.3 If Birgunj in Nepal is unable to accept a train offered to it by the Indian Railways, such trains will be stabled at Raxaul Station on Indian Railways. The agency designated for this purpose by MOICS will pay detention charges for such trains for the duration of time for which such trains are detained for acceptance by the terminal in Birgunj at scales of charge notified by MOR from time to time.
Detention Charges unless specifically stated as a term in the Confirmation of a sale transaction, the Detention Charge for the first 15 days will be $50.00 US per day (or part of a day) including Saturday's, Sunday's and Statutory Holidays. For the 16th through 25th days, the Detention Charge will be $75.00 US per day (or part of a day) including Saturday's, Sunday's and Statutory Holidays. Detention Charges a. If any consignment reaches the stated destination before 15:00 hrs as certified by the Consignee and is not unloaded on the same day, it amounts to detention and the Company is liable to pay a detention charges of Rs 400/- per truck per day for single axle truck type and Rs 700/- per vehicle per day for Double and Multiple axle trucks. For 28ft / 32ft Single axle containers Rs. 700/- per day will be paid as detention. b. For local movements within city, detention is valid only if the vehicle has reported before 17.00 hrs. c. The Company is not liable to pay any detention charges at the loading point. d. All detention charges will be paid basis satisfaction slip. Transporter is responsible for collecting Satisfaction slip from the unloading location. e. No payment of detention will be made if unaccompanied by Satisfaction slip. f. If any vehicle reports after 15:00 hrs and next day are a holiday or reports on any holiday the vehicle shall be deemed to have reported on the next working day and hence will not qualify for detention charges during the holiday.
Detention Charges. 20.1 Detention charges shall be paid extra if the vehicles are not loaded on the day of placement and also not unloaded at destination within one day. The vehicle should report for loading from 08:30 AM to 01:30 PM. If the vehicles report after 01:30 PM the date of report shall be taken as the next working day for the purpose of payment of detention charges.However, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be considered for detention charges. In case the vehicle is detained beyond the day of placement the detention charges of Rs. 350/- per day shall be payable to the transporter. 20.2 Detention charges shall be paid on certification of Head of CDX / Stores (in case of detention at BHEL, Haridwar) and endorsement of Customer/Site Officials or confirmation by Contract Engineers (in case of detention at customers’ sites) recording the reasons there of. For claiming detention at site the transport carrier should submit any one of the following supporting document:- a) Acknowledgement from Customer / Site In charge regarding date and time of reporting including vehicle no. b) Fax message sent to BHEL / Transport carrier regarding date and time of reporting including vehicle No. c) Copy of bill from the nearest public telephone indicating date and time of call. The call should be made to CDX/Stores in BHEL, Haridwar. d) E-Mail from transport carrier regarding date and time of reporting with vehicle No. The same will be accepted only on confirmation from customer. 20.3 No detention charges will be paid for the vehicles detained in the company due to late arrival of the vehicles i.e. after 1.30 PM.
Detention Charges. The Buyer shall unload all the goods within twenty four (24) hours and will allow return of vehicle/ container within set period of 24 hours. The Buyer shall be responsible for the cost of any damage to such delivery equipment and shall further be responsible for the costs of any demurrage or detention charges due to delay in unloading for more than 24 hours.

Regarding detention of vehicles of transporters carrying export consignments at Octroi/Naka etc. and since the Octroi is exempted for export goods, the necessary formalities/clearance etc. at Octroi/Naka etc. are done by BHEL ROD, Mumbai. Therefore, any detention in clearance is BHEL responsibility. Thus the provision of non-payment of detention charges at Octroi / Naka is not applicable in these cases. Moreover, due to any problem at any Port including non-availability of ship in time, the vehicles if detained by BHEL ROD at port, payment of detention charges at Octroi/Naka/Port and non- recovery of LD for the corresponding period of detention shall be applicable in such cases. For this the date of arrival at Octroi Naka will be accepted as date of arrival at destination. The stamp / endorsement of Octroi / Naka or verification by any BHEL official will be treated as proof for this purpose. Further the vehicle detention charges will be paid as per contract till date of release of vehicle as per acknowledgement by XXX.

  • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein.   • User Charges 1. User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed. 2. User charges imposed on the airlines of the other Party may reflect, but shall not exceed, the full cost to the competent charging authorities or bodies of providing the appropriate airport, airport environmental, air navigation, and aviation security facilities and services at the airport or within the airport system. Such charges may include a reasonable return on assets, after depreciation. Facilities and services for which charges are made shall be provided on an efficient and economic basis. 3. Each Party shall encourage consultations between the competent charging authorities or bodies in its territory and the airlines using the services and facilities, and shall encourage the competent charging authorities or bodies and the airlines to exchange such information as may be necessary to permit an accurate review of the reasonableness of the charges in accordance with the principles of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article. Each Party shall encourage the competent charging authorities to provide users with reasonable notice of any proposal for changes in user charges to enable users to express their views before changes are made. 4. Neither Party shall be held, in dispute resolution procedures pursuant to Article 14, to be in breach of a provision of this Article, unless (a) it fails to undertake a review of the charge or practice that is the subject of complaint by the other Party within a reasonable amount of time; or (b) following such a review it fails to take all steps within its power to remedy any charge or practice that is inconsistent with this Article.

  • Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.

  • TRANSACTION CHARGES will be charged for each transaction recorded on the shareholder accounting system, including, but not limited to, the following transactions: · Share purchases; · Share redemptions; · Fund liquidations; · Dividends; · Wire order purchases and redemptions (placement and confirmations); · Exchanges; · Account maintenance such as address changes; · Transfers; and · Account opening. For transactions within the 529 portfolios, FTIS will allocate the transaction fee on a pro-rata basis to the underlying Funds based on the 529 portfolio's holdings in such Funds.

  • Direct Charges To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the Budget. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary costs incurred. Costs shall not exceed the daily per diem rates published in the Federal Travel Regulations. Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.

  • Loan Charges Neither this Note nor any of the other Loan Documents shall be construed to create a contract for the use, forbearance or detention of money requiring payment of interest at a rate greater than the Maximum Interest Rate. If any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower in connection with the Loan is interpreted so that any interest or other charge provided for in any Loan Document, whether considered separately or together with other charges provided for in any other Loan Document, violates that law, and Xxxxxxxx is entitled to the benefit of that law, that interest or charge is hereby reduced to the extent necessary to eliminate that violation. The amounts, if any, previously paid to Lender in excess of the permitted amounts shall be applied by Lender to reduce the unpaid principal balance of this Note. For the purpose of determining whether any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower has been violated, all Indebtedness that constitutes interest, as well as all other charges made in connection with the Indebtedness that constitute interest, shall be deemed to be allocated and spread ratably over the stated term of this Note. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such allocation and spreading shall be effected in such a manner that the rate of interest so computed is uniform throughout the stated term of this Note.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Overdue Charges If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).
