Common use of At-Will Employment Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Employment Status. Employee has accepted employment with the Company on an “at will” basis, which means that either the Company or Employee may terminate Employee’s employment with the Company at any time and for any or no reason.

At-Will Employment Status. Employee has accepted employment with is currently employed by the Company Company. Employee is employed on an “at will” basis, which means that either the Company or Employee may terminate Employee’s employment with the Company at any time and for any or no reason.

At-Will Employment Status. As a result, either Employee or Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any time, with or no reasonwithout cause.
