Position and Reporting Relationship. During the Term, Employee shall serve the Bank in the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Employee shall report directly to the President and CEO. Employee shall perform her duties at the Bank’s facility in Goleta, California, or such other location as the Bank may designate in its sole discretion.

Position and Reporting Relationship. You will continue to be employed in the full-time employment position of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) reporting to the Company’s Board.
Position and Reporting Relationship. As of the Effective Date, your employment with the Company will continue in the position of Chief Growth Officer of Cronos Group Inc. (“Cronos Group”). You will continue to be instructed by report to the Chief Executive Officer of Cronos Group.

The foregoing notwithstanding, the Company understands and agrees that Executive may engage in civic, charitable, religious or comparable activities and may devote a reasonable amount of time to private investments that are not competitive with and do not unreasonably interfere or conflict with Executive's responsibilities to the Company. Executive shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company and the Chief Executive Officer of CB Commercial.

  • Duties and Reporting Relationship During the Term, the Executive shall, on a full time basis, use his skills and render services to the best of his ability in supervising and conducting the operations of the Company.

In this regard, the Subadviser shall provide the Fund, the Adviser and their respective officers with such periodic reports concerning the obligations the Subadviser has assumed under this Agreement as the Fund and the Adviser may from time to time reasonably request. In addition, prior to each meeting of the Trustees, the Subadviser shall provide the Adviser and the Trustees with reports regarding the Subadviser’s management of the Designated Series during the most recently completed quarter, which reports: (i) shall include Subadviser’s representation that its performance of its investment management duties hereunder is in compliance with the Fund’s investment objectives and practices, the Act and applicable rules and regulations under the Act, and the diversification and minimum “good income” requirements of Subchapter M under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and (ii) otherwise shall be in such form as may be mutually agreed upon by the Subadviser and the Adviser.

  • Financial Information and Reporting (a) The Company will maintain true books and records of account in which full and correct entries will be made of all its business transactions pursuant to a system of accounting established and administered in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied (except as noted therein or as disclosed to the recipients thereof), and will set aside on its books all such proper accruals and reserves as shall be required under generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.

  • Consulting Relationship During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company (the “Services”). Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.
