Common use of At-Will Employment Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Employment Status. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that except as may otherwise be expressly provided under any other executed agreement between the Executive and the Corporation, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, but not limited to using the term “Cause” to determine benefits under this Agreement) is intended to change the fact that the employment of the Executive by the Corporation is “at will” and may be terminated by either the Executive or the Corporation at any time.
