ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE AWARDS. Section 1: Each full time unit member shall be paid an annual incentive award for work attendance as follows: Perfect Attendance December 1 through March 31 4 hours Comp Time Perfect Attendance April 1 through July 31 4 hours Comp Time Perfect Attendance August 1 through November 30 4 hours Comp Time Each full time member who has perfect attendance for the year from December 1 through November 30 shall receive an additional twelve (12) hours of Compensatory Time.
