Attendance Incentive Plan a. A vacation-earning employee who accumulates a total of fifty (50) days or more of full-pay illness absence credit earned subsequent to June 30, 1995 shall, on a one-time basis of June 30 of the school year in which the employee accumulated those fifty (50) days, be credited with two (2) additional days of vacation. An employee whose full-pay illness absence credit earned subsequent to June 30, 1995 thereafter drops below 50 or more days shall not be entitled to additional vacation under this section, except pursuant to section b, below.
b. Each additional increment of twenty-five (25) days of unused full- pay illness absence credit beyond fifty (50) days and earned subsequent to June 30, 1995 shall entitle the employee to one (1) additional vacation day.

Attendance Incentive Plan. The parties agree that the attendance bonus implemented by the Employer has proven effective in having employees attend work on a regular basis. The Employer, as long as it considers it viable, will provide the following attendance incentive. Absenteeism is the failure to attend work as required, for regular or required overtime work, for any reason whatsoever, and is anything other than pre- approved time off (Example: vacation, pre-approved leave of absence). Absenteeism includes being late for work or leaving early unless the Employer has pre-approved the time off. • Night Incentive: Employees, other than maintenance, who work the night shift where the majority of their hours fall between the hours of 11 P.M. and 7 A.M., with 100% attendance (I.e. no absenteeism) for the previous two (2) week pay period will receive a seventy-five ($0.75) cent per hour incentive for all hours worked in the previous pay period. • Evening Incentive: Employees, other than maintenance, who work the evening shift where the majority of their hours fall between the hours of 3 P.M. and 11 P.M., with 100% attendance (I.e. no absenteeism) for the previous two (2) week pay period will receive a twenty-five ($0.25) cent per hour incentive for all hours worked in the previous pay period. • Saturday/Sunday Incentive: Employees, including maintenance but excluding employees receiving night incentive or evening incentive, who work Saturday and Sunday as part of their regular shift, with 100% attendance (i.e. no absenteeism) for the previous two (2) week pay period will receive a twenty-five ($0.25) cent per hour incentive for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday in the previous pay period. • These incentive payments will not be paid on overtime hours and will not be added to an employee’s hourly rate of pay for purpose of computing overtime. • Any incentive will be in addition to the normal forty ($0.40) cent per hour shift premium that may be payable under the Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees to notify the Union, in writing, three (3) months in advance of the Attendance Incentive Plan being discontinued.

Attendance Incentive Plan. The Attendance/Incentive Plan pilot project first begun in January, 1982, shall be extended for the time period July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018. The plan contained herein will be subject to approval by both parties to extend it beyond June 30, 2015. Those members with one (1) or fewer days absences in the prior six (6) months chargeable to sick leave shall receive the amount listed below payable within thirty (30) days after the end of each six month period. The time periods are January 1 to June 30, July 1 to December 31. Amount Effective Dates $384 July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2021
Attendance Incentive Plan. 1. The number of accumulated sick leave days will be established at the end of the school year for the ensuing school year. Employees will receive written notice of her/his accumulation at the end of each year on her/his paycheck voucher or stub.
a) An employee who has accumulated thirty (30) or more sick days will be entitled to one (1) incentive day for the year.
b) An employee who has accumulated fifty-five (55) or more sick days will be entitled to two (2) incentive days for the year.
c) An employee who has accumulated eighty (80) or more sick days will be entitled to three (3) incentive days for the year.
2. An incentive day may be used without specification. Application must be made at least three (3) days prior to the day of leave except in cases of emergency. All incentive days will be deducted from the employee’s sick bank.
3. Not more than three (3) employees will be excused under this section on any given day District- wide for each of the following areas:
a. Maintenance, Grounds, & Technology Priority will be established by the order of receipt of the request in the Supervisor’s Office.

Attendance Incentive Plan. A. A monetary incentive program will be in effect to reward employees with two (2) or fewer than two (2) days absences during the year. Employees will be paid according to the following schedule when all regulations are met:
1. Employees with no absences for any reason, including personal days, three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375) per year.
2. Employees with a total of up to and including one (1) day absence including sick and personal days - two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per year.
3. Employees with a total of more than one (1) but not more than two (2) days absence including sick and personal days - one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per year.
