Common use of Attendance of Others Clause in Contracts

Attendance of Others. ‌ Any officer or director of the Partnership GP, legal counsel for the Partnership GP and the Partnership and representatives of the Auditor will be entitled to attend any meeting of Limited Partners. The Partnership GP has the right to authorize the presence of any Person at a meeting regardless of whether the Person is a Limited Partner. With the approval of the Partnership GP, that Person is entitled to address the meeting.
