AUDIO BANKING. If we approve Audio Banking for your accounts, an initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You are responsible for changing your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and using it along with your account number to access your accounts. By signing the Credit Union’s Membership Application you agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement and any User Agreement governing Audio Banking. Your accounts can be accessed using Audio Banking by calling 000-000-0000 via home telephone, mobile device or other approved access device(s). Audio Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. At the present time, you may use Audio Banking to: ❖ Withdraw funds from your Savings, Checking, Overdraft Loan, Home Equity Loan, and Money Market accounts by requesting a check. ❖ Transfer funds from your Savings, Checking, Money Market, Overdraft Loan and Home Equity Loan accounts. The maximum withdrawal or transfer amount is $5,000.00 per transaction, and no transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. ❖ Obtain balance and transaction information for your deposit, loan and certificate accounts. ❖ Make loan payments from your Savings, Checking, and Money Market accounts. ❖ Determine if a particular item has cleared. ❖ Obtain tax information on amounts earned on deposit and certificate accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. ❖ See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. There may be limits on the duration of each access. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth in the Credit Union’s Schedule of Fees.

At the present time, you may use Audio Banking to: - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, loan, IRA, money market, club, certificate, Special Savings, Health Savings, and Line of Credit accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Audio Banking via a touch-tone telephone only. Audio Banking service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on Audio Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries you may make in any one (1) day. The service will discontinue if no option is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

  • Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
