AUDITOR’s Project Manager. Xxxx Xxxxxx, a Vice President and Actuary for AUDITOR, is AUDITOR’s Project Manager. AUDITOR’s Project Manager: (1) has full authority to act for AUDITOR on all matters relating to the daily operation of this Agreement; and (2) will be reasonably available during FCERA’s normal working hours for telephone contact and to meet with FCERA personnel designated to discuss AUDITOR’s performance.

AUDITOR’s Project Manager. The AUDITOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, a qualified, professional to serve as the AUDITOR'S Project Manager. The AUDITOR'S Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the AUDITOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement unless substitute arrangements have been furnished to the Administrative Agent in writing. The AUDITOR agrees that the Project Manager shall devote whatever time is required to satisfactorily manage the services provided and performed by the AUDITOR throughout the entire period this Agreement is in effect. The person selected by the AUDITOR to serve as the AUDITOR'S Project Manager shall be subject to the prior approval and acceptance of the Administrative Agent.
AUDITOR’s Project Manager. Auditor’s Project Manager is Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx. In the event that Auditor’s designated Project Manager is changed, Auditor shall give the City prompt written notification of such re-designation. Recognizing the need for consistency and knowledge in the administration of the Project, Auditor’s Project Manager will not be changed without the written consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event the City receives any communication from Auditor that is not from Auditor’s designated Project Manager, the City may request verification by Auditor’s Project Manager, which verification must be promptly furnished.

Related to AUDITOR’s Project Manager

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.
