Audits/Monitoring. 1. The Department may conduct, or have conducted, performance and/or compliance reviews, reviews of specific records or other data as determined by the Department. The Department may conduct a review of a sample for analyses performed by the selected Contractor to verify the quality. Reasonable notice shall be provided for reviews conducted at the successful Contractor’s place of business. 2. Reviews may include, but shall not be limited to, reviews of procedures, computer systems, Customer records, accounting records, and internal quality control reviews. The selected Contractor shall work with any reviewing entity selected by the Department.
