Common use of Authorised Representative - Attorney Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representative - Attorney. 22.1 In case the Client wishes a third person to manage his Financial Instruments and other issues related to this Agreement he must inform the IF in writing of the name of the said person (hereinafter called the “Authorised Representative / Attorney”). The Client acknowledges that the IF shall have dealings with this person only upon production by the latter of a power of attorney granted by the Client, satisfactory to the IF at its absolute discretion.
