Authorities for Action. The Landlord may act in any matter provided for herein by its property manager and any other person who shall from time to time be designated by the Landlord by notice to the Tenant. The Tenant shall designate in writing one or more persons to act on its behalf in any matter provided for herein and may from time to time change, by notice to the Landlord, such designation. In the absence of any such designation, the person or persons executing this Lease for the Tenant shall be deemed to be authorized to act on behalf of the Tenant in any matter provided for herein.

Authorities for Action. NOTICE Lessor and Lessee agree that Lessor may act in any matter provided for in this Lease by its President, Vice President or its Building Manager, and any notice to be given to Lessor as provided for in this Lease, shall be delivered in writing in person to its President, Vice President or its Building Manager or sent to its address as herein set forth or subsequently modified. Any notice to be given Lessee under the terms and provisions of this Lease shall be in writing and may be given in person to the chief official of Lessee located in the Leased Premises or sent to Lessee by mail at its principal office in the Building. 35.
Authorities for Action. Landlord may act through its managing agent for the Building or through any other person who may from time to time be designated by Landlord in writing. All references in this Lease to the consent or approval of Landlord shall be deemed to mean the written consent or approval of Landlord, or its managing agent and no consent or approval shall be effective for any purpose unless such consent or approval is set forth in a written instrument executed by Landlord or its managing agent.
