Authority Bonds. Both the principal hereof and interest hereon shall be paid at the corporate trust office of Wachovia Bank, National Association in the City of Morristown, State of New Jersey, or at the corporate trust office of any paying agent appointed by the Company, in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment shall constitute legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.

Authority Bonds. The Authority may, from time to time, issue the Authority Bonds on behalf of the Members to fund Services; provided, such Authority Bonds may only be issued pursuant to a written resolution of the Board and resolutions of the Members and shall be payable out of all or a specified portion of the Debt Pledged Revenue and other available revenues of the Authority as designated by the Board.
