Authority Bonds definition

Authority Bonds means the series of bonds of the Authority issued in whole or in part to finance the Loan made hereunder, together with any bonds of the Authority issued to refinance such bonds.
Authority Bonds means any bonds of the Authority issued to finance the State’s revolving fund established pursuant to the Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, and the Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended.
Authority Bonds means any bonds outstanding under the Authority Indenture, which are secured by payments made on the Bonds.

Authority Bonds means bonds authorized by the Bond Resolution, together with any refunding bonds authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Bond Resolution, in each case in order to provide the source of funding of the Loan, including the particular Project Loan Subaccount from which the amounts loaned to the Governmental Agency pursuant to this Loan Agreement are taken.
Authority Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys provided to the Bond Trustee for the account of the Authority and that are registered in the name of the Authority or designated as being held for the account of the Authority, and that are not Liquidity Provider Bonds.
