Common use of Authority for Contracting Clause in Contracts

Authority for Contracting. 1.6.1 By executing this Contract, the Contractor represents that it has visited the site, familiarized itself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed, and correlated its observations with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
