Authority; Joint and Several Liability. Landlord covenants, warrants and represents that each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Lease on behalf of Landlord is authorized to do so on behalf of Landlord, this Lease is binding upon and enforceable against Landlord, and Landlord is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. Similarly, Tenant covenants, warrants and represents that each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Lease on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant, this Lease is binding upon and enforceable against Tenant; and Tenant is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. If there is more than one Tenant, or if Tenant is comprised of more than one party or entity, the obligations imposed upon Tenant shall be joint and several obligations of all the parties and entities. Notices, payments and agreements given or made by, with or to any one person or entity shall be deemed to have been given or made by, with and to all of them.
Authority; Joint and Several Liability. (a) USEC Inc. and United States Enrichment Corporation shall each be jointly and severally liable for all of the obligations of Petitioners.
(b) USEC Inc. shall have authority to exercise the rights of, and meet the obligations of, Petitioners under this Agreement, and Respondents are not obligated to comply with any directions, orders or requests from United States Enrichment Corporation under this Agreement. Any act or omission by USEC Inc. pursuant to, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be binding on United States Enrichment Corporation as if such act or omission was the direct result of its acts or failure to act.

Authority; Joint and Several Liability. The principal authorizes the Philippine recruitment agency as its agent and representative in the Philippine to transact for and on its behalf in all matters involving the recruitment , hiring and deployment of Filipino HSWs for its client in Saudi Arabia. By virtue of said Authority , the principal grants the following powers to the agent To represent the Principal before any and all government and private offices /agencies in the Philippines on matters pertaining to the recruitment , hiring and employment of Filipino HSWS in Saudi Arabia : To enter into any and all contract with any person, corporation institution or entity pertaining to the recruitment and placement of Filipino HSWs request by the principal; To sign, authenticate and deliver all document necessary for the completion of any and all transaction related to such recruitment and hiring , including making necessary steps to facilitate the departure of the recruited HSWs in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines; and To bring suit, defend and enter into any compromise for and on behalf of the principal in litigation involving the hiring and employment of the Filipino HSWs by the principal.
Authority; Joint and Several Liability. 25.1 Each of the parties hereto warrants to the other that the person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of such party has the full right, power and authority to enter into and execute this Agreement on such party's behalf and that no consent from any other person or entity is required as a condition precedent to the legal effect of this Agreement. Powertel, Inc. and each of its Affiliates set forth in Schedule 1 hereto are jointly and severally liable for Powertel’s obligations under this Agreement.

(a) Landlord covenants, warrants and represents that: (i) Landlord is the current holder of the Landlord's interest under the Lease; (ii) each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Agreement on behalf of Landlord is authorized to do so on behalf of Landlord; (iii) this Agreement is binding upon and enforceable against Landlord; and (iv) Landlord is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located.
(b) Similarly, Tenant covenants, warrants and represents that: (i) Tenant is the current holder of the tenant's interest under the Lease and as of the Termination Date there is no other person or entity occupying or otherwise claiming an interest in the Premises by, through or under Tenant; (ii) each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Agreement on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant; (iii) this Agreement is binding upon and enforceable against Tenant; and (iv) Tenant is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. If there is more than one tenant, or if Tenant is comprised of more than one party or entity, the obligations imposed upon Tenant shall be joint and several obligations of all the parties and entities. Notices, payments and agreements given or made by, with or to any one person or entity shall be deemed to have been given or made by, with or to all of them.
Authority; Joint and Several Liability. 26.1 Each of the parties hereto warrants to the other that the person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of such party has the full right, power and authority to enter into and execute this Agreement on such party's behalf and that no consent from any other person or entity is required as a condition precedent to the legal effect of this Agreement. T-Mobile Wireless Corporation shall be liable for the obligations of itself and its affiliates as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto for any obligations under this Agreement.
26.2 The parties acknowledge that each has had an opportunity to review and negotiate this Agreement and has executed this Agreement only after such review and negotiation. The Parties further agree that this Agreement shall be deemed to have been drafted by both XxxxXxxxx and T-Mobile and the terms and conditions contained herein shall not be construed any more strictly against one party or the other.
Authority; Joint and Several Liability. Each individual executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to bind the entity on behalf of which he or she is signing. If a Parcel is owned by more than one Owner, each Person constituting an Owner shall be jointly and severally obligated for all liabilities of an Owner of such Parcel.
Authority; Joint and Several Liability. Owner covenants that Owner has an ownership interest in the Vessel and the Owner is fully authorized to bind all other owners of the Vessel to the terms and conditions of this license. If more than one person executes this license as an Owner, their obligations are joint and several, and any act or signature of, or notice or refund to any one or more of them with respect to this Contract shall be fully binding upon each of them.
