Authority; Joint and Several Liability. Landlord covenants, warrants and represents that each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Lease on behalf of Landlord is authorized to do so on behalf of Landlord, this Lease is binding upon and enforceable against Landlord, and Landlord is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. Similarly, Tenant covenants, warrants and represents that each individual executing, attesting and/or delivering this Lease on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant, this Lease is binding upon and enforceable against Tenant; and Tenant is duly organized and legally existing in the state of its organization and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. If there is more than one Tenant, or if Tenant is comprised of more than one party or entity, the obligations imposed upon Tenant shall be joint and several obligations of all the parties and entities. Notices, payments and agreements given or made by, with or to any one person or entity shall be deemed to have been given or made by, with and to all of them.

Authority; Joint and Several Liability. (a) USEC Inc. and United States Enrichment Corporation shall each be jointly and severally liable for all of the obligations of Petitioners. (b) USEC Inc. shall have authority to exercise the rights of, and meet the obligations of, Petitioners under this Agreement, and Respondents are not obligated to comply with any directions, orders or requests from United States Enrichment Corporation under this Agreement. Any act or omission by USEC Inc. pursuant to, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be binding on United States Enrichment Corporation as if such act or omission was the direct result of its acts or failure to act.

By virtue of said Authority , the principal grants the following powers to the agent To represent the Principal before any and all government and private offices /agencies in the Philippines on matters pertaining to the recruitment , hiring and employment of Filipino HSWS in Saudi Arabia : To enter into any and all contract with any person, corporation institution or entity pertaining to the recruitment and placement of Filipino HSWs request by the principal; To sign, authenticate and deliver all document necessary for the completion of any and all transaction related to such recruitment and hiring , including making necessary steps to facilitate the departure of the recruited HSWs in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines; and To bring suit, defend and enter into any compromise for and on behalf of the principal in litigation involving the hiring and employment of the Filipino HSWs by the principal.
