Authority to Use Service. You represent and warrant that You have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of You hereunder including having a valid license to use the software applications that generate Content (such as presentations or file attachments), and the right to submit Content and Your or a Participant’s Personal Data. Otherwise, You are not permitted to submit such Content or Personal Data to the Service.

  • Authority to Use Attachment B of each Approved Service Order will state whether or not the Consultant can use subconsultants to provide any part of the Work. If Attachment B does not authorize the Consultant to use subconsultants, then the Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to use a subconsultant to perform any part of the Work.

  • LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Company, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Company Materials"). Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Company Materials solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services. The Company Materials may not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon Your cessation of use of the Website or Services or at the termination of this Agreement.

  • Authority to Bind Contractor The signatory for the Contractor represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the Contractor and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the Contractor when his/her signature is affixed, and accepted by the State.

  • Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. The Authority shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the Escrow Account for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses specified in Clause 31.3.
