Authorization by Third Party Controller. If European Data Protection Law applies to the processing of Customer Personal Data and Customer is a processor, Customer warrants that its instructions and actions with respect to that Customer Personal Data, including its appointment of Google as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Customer is a processor, Customer warrants to Upwork that Customer’s instructions (defined below) and actions with respect to that Customer Personal Data, including its appointment of Upwork as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller to the extent required by applicable law.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Company is a Processor to a third-party Controller, Company warrants to TD that Company’s instructions and actions with respect to Company Personal Data, including its appointment of TD as another Processor, have been authorized by the relevant Controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If the European Data Protection Legislation applies to the processing of Customer Personal Data and Customer is a processor, Customer warrants to IT Farm that Customer’s instructions and actions with respect to that Customer Personal Data, including its appointment of IT Farm as another processor, have been authorised by the relevant controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Customer is a processor, Customer warrants to Bitrix24 that Customer’s instructions and actions with respect to Customer Personal Data, including its appointment of Bitrix24 as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If the European Data Protection Legislation applies to the processing of Personal Data and Customer is a processor, Customer warrants to ETQ that Customer’s instructions and actions with respect to that Personal Data, including its appointment of ETQ as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Customer is a processor of Personal Data acting on behalf of a third party controller:
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If you are a processor of Personal Data acting on behalf of a third party controller: (i) you warrant to us that your instructions and actions with respect to that Personal Data, including your appointment of Sentry as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller; and (ii) you will serve as our sole point of contact and where we would otherwise be required (including for the purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses) to provide information, assistance or cooperation to or seek authorization from any such third party controllers, we may provide such information, assistance or cooperation to or seek such authorization from you.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Administrator is a processor, Administrator warrants to Bitrix24 that it´s instructions and actions with respect to Personal Data, including its appointment of Bitrix24 as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller.
Authorization by Third Party Controller. If Customer is a processor, Customer warrants to Kitefaster that Customer’s instructions and actions with respect to that Customer Personal Data, including its appointment of Kitefaster as another processor, have been authorized by the relevant controller.
