Authorized Absences. A. Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all leave for all hourly paid employees shall be available in minute increments. For employees exempt from wage and hour requirements, leave must be taken in half- day or full-day increments. B. Employees must call the proper department supervisor or director/principal or designee for any absence other than pre-approved leave.
