Authorized Change Orders. The Superior Court Judge assigned to the Felony Drug Court and Veteran’s Treatment Courts and the Trial Court Administrator, shall have the authority to execute any change orders agreed upon, by both the Contractor and the Court, as stated above, so long as their total effect does not materially alter the terms of this Agreement or materially increase the total amount to be paid under this Agreement, as set forth in Section III below.
