Authorized Signer. The person(s) signing this Agreement on behalf of the Customer or signing any Guaranty represents they have the authority to do so and that no information supplied by Customer is false.

Authorized Signer. An owner of the account may authorize another person (referred to as an “authorized signer”) to operate the account and conduct transactions on the owner’s behalf. The owner does not give up any rights to act on the account and is responsible for any transactions of an authorized signer. We undertake no obligation to monitor transactions to determine that they are on the owner’s behalf. In Tennessee, an additional authorized signer has power of attorney with respect to the account. The owner may terminate the authorization at any time, and the authorization is automatically terminated by the death of the owner. Authorized Signer. An "Authorized Signer" is authorized by the Account Owner to transact the following actions with respect to the account: - Depositing, withdrawing and transferring funds into, out of and between one or more accounts; - Signing drafts, checks and other orders for payment or withdrawal; - Issuing instructions regarding orders for payment or withdrawal; - Endorsing any check, draft, share certificate and any other instrument or order for payment owned or held by the Account Owner; and - Receiving information of any nature about the account.
