Authorized Submitter. The company under a separate SECURE Agreement that submits packages of documents electronically to one or more Individual SECURE County Participants using SECURE for the purpose of recording and who has authorized Agents to submit on their behalf and is authorized by Government Code section 27391 (b) (1) to enter into a contract with Lead County Recorder for electronic recording of documents.
Authorized Submitter. A company or individual who has authorized Agents to submit on their behalf and is authorized by Government Code section 27391 to enter into a contract with Lead County Recorder for electronic recording of documents and is not disqualified pursuant to Government Code section 27395.

Authorized Submitter. If SUBMITTER is an authorized entity under 5 Government Code Section 27391(b) or 27391(c), or an authorized agent of such an entity 6 (“AGENT”), then SUBMITTER is authorized under this MOU to deliver to COUNTY for 7 recording, and return to the party requesting recording, an electronic record that is an 8 instrument affecting a right, title, or interest in real property. Each SUBMITTER shall execute a 9 copy of the Declaration set forth as Attachment II hereto.
