Authorized Travel and Conference Attendance. Food, lodging and travel expenses, or any of them, shall be paid by the County according to an approved per diem schedule and receipt of a properly detailed county expense form, to an employee required to attend a conference when the conference is held at a location other than the employee’s job location.
