Authorized User Installation of Software. If an Authorized User elects to install the Software itself or to contract with a third party to perform installation services, the Software shall be deemed to be installed when all programs, program libraries and user interfaces are copied to and initialized on the appropriate equipment as executable by having the ordering Authorized User, its Agent, or its third party installer invoke the primary function of each major component of the Software or when Acceptance criteria have been met. Authorized User shall provide to Supplier written notice of Acceptance upon completion of installation and successful Acceptance testing.
