Authorized User Installation of Software. If the Solution includes Software which may be installed by an Authorized User and such Authorized User elects to install the Software itself, the Software shall be deemed to be installed when all programs, program libraries and user interfaces are copied to and initialized on the appropriate equipment as executable by having the ordering Authorized User invoke the primary function of each major Component of the Software or when Acceptance criteria as specified in the Authorized User's order or SOW have been met. Authorized User shall provide to Supplier written notice of Acceptance upon completion of installation and successful Acceptance testing. Supplier shall proceed with full deployment of the Solution concurrently with or after Authorized User’s installation of the Software, as agreed between the Authorized User and Supplier in the order or SOW.
