Common use of Authorized User Clause in Contracts

Authorized User. An “Authorized User” means Client, who uses the Material according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Authorized User. An The term “Authorized User” means Clientshall mean an employee of or other person under the control of a Data Member, who uses is authorized by a Data Member to access and use the Material according to [org abreviation] Database in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreementsuch written agreements that may exist between a Data Member and the [org abreviation] relating to the Data Member’s access and use of the [org abreviation] Database.

Authorized User. An The term “Authorized User” means Client, who uses any person or entity authorized by Rxxxx to use the Material according to Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this AgreementAgreement on behalf of the Rxxxx Group, including without limitation the Information System.
