Automated Billing and Payment. In an effort to reduce paper waste, Contractor 1435 shall make available to all Customers an automated Billing and payment system. 1436 This system should be website-based and allow Customers to view and pay Bills 1437 through Contractor’s website. Through the Contractor’s website, Customers 1438 may request to cease paper Billing and receive all Bills through e-mail and/or 1439 Contractor’s website. Contractor shall ensure that the electronic Billing and 1440 payment website conforms to industry-standard practices for electronic 1441 commerce security. However, Contractor shall ensure that these Customers are 1442 compiled in a list to ensure that Billing inserts are mailed directly.

  • Billing and Payment The Price will be itemized and included on your xxxx from the DSP, and is due and payable to the DSP on the same day your DSP xxxx is due. You will continue to be billed by your DSP taxes and other charges consistent with filed tariffs at the Illinois Commerce Commission to transmit and distribute the Retail Power supplied to you per this Agreement. You should continue to follow any xxxx payment procedures set forth between you and the DSP. You agree to accept the measurements as determined by the DSP for purposes of accounting for the amount of Retail Power services provided by DES under this Agreement. If the DSP is unable to read your meter, the DSP will estimate your usage and your charges will be calculated accordingly and adjusted on a future xxxx. DES’S ability to supply you under this Agreement is conditioned on the DSP accepting DES’S enrollment of your account for consolidated billing and purchase of receivables by the DSP. If you are not eligible for your DSP’s consolidated billing and purchase of receivables, you will need to secure eligibility with your DSP before DES can serve you. Should the DSP cease providing consolidated billing and purchase of receivables for your account and/or commence billing DES for any charges relating to you, DES will xxxx you directly and you will pay DES for all such charges pursuant to the payment provisions specified in DES’S xxxx.

  • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.   • METHOD OF BILLING AND PAYMENT (a) For lump sum contracts, the Consultant may submit bills to the County at the completion and approval of each task or at the partial completion of a task on a pro-rata basis. However, requests for payment shall not be made more frequently than once a month. The Consultant shall submit such monthly statements identifying the nature of the work performed. Calculations shall be made monthly of the amount and value of the work accomplished and services performed by the Consultant which meet the standards of quality established under this Agreement. The estimates shall be prepared by the Consultant and accompanied by such supporting data as required by the Contract Administrator.

The Board reserves the right to request additional information and supporting documentation necessary for the Board to verify the Services and Products provided under this Agreement.

In consideration of the services provided by Embarq under this Agreement, CLEC shall pay the charges set forth in Part C subject to the provisions of Section 4 hereof and subject to the dispute provisions provided herein.   • Invoicing and Payment You will provide Us with valid and updated credit card information, or with a valid purchase order or alternative document reasonably acceptable to Us. If You provide credit card information to Us, You authorize Us to charge such credit card for all Purchased Services listed in the Order Form for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s) as set forth in Section 12.2 (Term of Purchased Subscriptions). Such charges shall be made in advance, either annually or in accordance with any different billing frequency stated in the applicable Order Form. If the Order Form specifies that payment will be by a method other than a credit card, We will invoice You in advance and otherwise in accordance with the relevant Order Form.
