Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Examples of automatic payments that can be arranged by you either with a seller or with PayPal include those that PayPal calls a “billing agreement,” "subscription," "recurring payment,” “reference transaction,” "preauthorised transfer" or "preapproved payment." You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay the third party (or another person they direct) amounts from your payment method for the amounts you agree to owe and as presented to PayPal by that third party. You may cancel an automatic payment up to 3 business days before the date of the next scheduled payment from your account settings or by contacting us. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. If you cancel an automatic payment, you may still owe the seller money for the purchase or have additional obligations to the seller for any goods or services that you receive but have not paid for. If you have authorised an automatic payment and PayPal performs currency conversion for an automatic payment transaction, PayPal will use the transaction exchange rate (including PayPal's currency conversion fee) in effect at the time the automatic payment transaction is processed.
Automatic Updates If you choose to allow automatic app updates, your device will periodically check with Apple for updates and upgrades to the Apple Software and, if an update or upgrade is available, the update or upgrade will automatically download and install onto your device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. You can turn off the automatic app updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic app updates settings found within Settings.
Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.
Automatic Recurring Payments You may use the xxxx payment function to arrange for the automatic payment of bills that have a fixed frequency and amount. Once your automatic xxxx payment arrangements are established, we will make the payments without further requests by you. If the payment due date for an automatic payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be made the following business day.
Automatic Renewal Each Schedule will renew automatically at the end of the then-current Schedule Term for a Schedule Renewal Term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement by either You or Company.
Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal. You will receive written notification(s) from Energy Harbor in the forty-five (45) to ninety (90) days that precede either the expiration date of this Agreement or the effective date of any changes Energy Harbor proposes to its terms of service. In these advance notifications, Energy Harbor will explain your options, which may include renewing the Agreement, the specified rate, proposed changes if any, and what actions you must take to cancel the Agreement. You are responsible for arranging your electric supply upon the expiration of the Agreement. Overtime-Eligible Employees Unpaid Meal Periods The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements required by WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible, taking into account the Employer’s work requirements and the employee’s wishes. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.
Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.
