Brokerage Accounts. The Advisor authorizes and empowers the Subadvisor to direct the Fund's custodian to open and maintain brokerage accounts for securities and other property, including financial and commodity futures and commodities and options thereon (all such accounts hereinafter called "brokerage accounts") for and in the name of the Fund and to execute for the Fund as its agent and attorney-in-fact standard customer agreements with such broker or brokers as the Subadvisor shall select as provided above. The Subadvisor may, using such of the securities and other property in the Fund as the Subadvisor deems necessary or desirable, direct the Fund's custodian to deposit for the Fund original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadvisor deems desirable or appropriate.
Brokerage Accounts. The Subadviser may, using such of the securities and other property in the Portfolio as the Subadviser deems necessary or desirable, direct the custodian to deposit for the Portfolio original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadviser deems desirable or appropriate.
Brokerage Accounts. The Sub-Adviser is authorized, on behalf of the Fund, to open brokerage accounts for securities and other instruments and to negotiate and execute, on its own behalf or on behalf of the Fund, account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with Sub-Adviser’s duties under this Agreement. In such respect, the Sub-Adviser shall act as the Adviser’s and the Fund’s agents and attorneys in fact. The Sub-Adviser is authorized, on behalf of the Fund, to negotiate and enter into futures account applications, futures agreements, listed options agreements with margin accounts, ISDA master agreements and related documents, and any other brokerage or derivatives documentation to open accounts and take other necessary or appropriate actions related thereto, in accordance with Trust procedures.
Brokerage Accounts. THE ADVISOR AUTHORIZES AND EMPOWERS THE SUBADVISOR TO DIRECT THE FUND'S CUSTODIAN TO OPEN AND MAINTAIN BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS FOR SECURITIES AND OTHER PROPERTY, INCLUDING FINANCIAL AND COMMODITY FUTURES AND COMMODITIES AND OPTIONS THEREON (ALL SUCH ACCOUNTS HEREINAFTER CALLED "BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS") FOR AND IN THE NAME OF THE FUND AND TO EXECUTE FOR THE FUND AS ITS AGENT AND ATTORNEY-IN-FACT STANDARD CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS WITH SUCH BROKER OR BROKERS AS THE SUBADVISOR SHALL SELECT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. THE SUBADVISOR MAY, USING SUCH OF THE SECURITIES AND OTHER PROPERTY IN THE FUND AS THE SUBADVISOR DEEMS NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE, DIRECT THE FUND'S CUSTODIAN TO DEPOSIT FOR THE FUND ORIGINAL AND MAINTENANCE BROKERAGE AND MARGIN DEPOSITS AND OTHERWISE DIRECT PAYMENTS OF CASH, CASH EQUIVALENTS AND SECURITIES AND OTHER PROPERTY INTO SUCH BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS AND TO SUCH BROKERS AS THE SUBADVISOR DEEMS DESIRABLE OR APPROPRIATE.
Brokerage Accounts. The Sub-Adviser is authorized, on behalf of the Subsidiary, to open brokerage accounts for securities and other instruments and to negotiate and execute, on its own behalf or on behalf of the Subsidiary, account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with Sub-Adviser’s duties under this Agreement. In such respect, the Sub-Adviser shall act as the Adviser’s and the Subsidiary’s agents and attorneys in fact. The Sub-Adviser is authorized, on behalf of the Subsidiary, to negotiate and enter into futures account applications, futures agreements, listed options agreements with margin accounts, ISDA master agreements and related documents, and any other brokerage or derivatives documentation to open accounts and take other necessary or appropriate actions related thereto, in accordance with Trust procedures. Further, the Sub-Adviser may, acting as agent on the Subsidiary’s behalf, instruct the Subsidiary’s custodian to provide collateral and margin in respect of derivatives entered into for the Managed Portion, including but not limited to initial and variation margin (whether or not the counterparty agrees to provide collateral or margin to or for the benefit of the Subsidiary) and may instruct the Subsidiary’s custodian to deliver margin to and deposit collateral and margin with the counterparty (or a person acting on the counterparty’s behalf). All derivatives entered into for the Managed Portion will be entered into by the Sub-Adviser in the Subsidiary’s name or in the Sub-Adviser’s name on behalf of the Subsidiary, and the Sub-Adviser is authorized to reveal the name of the Subsidiary as it may in its discretion consider necessary or appropriate in connection with transactions in derivatives for the Subsidiary.
Brokerage Accounts. The Individual Stockholder agrees that all Proxy Shares owned by the Individual Stockholder or any of its Permitted Transferees shall be held in the name of the Individual Stockholder or such Permitted Transferee and not in the name of any broker, brokerage firm or other nominee.
Brokerage Accounts. The Trust authorizes and empowers the Adviser to open and maintain trading accounts in the name of a Fund and to execute for the Fund as its agent and attorney-in-fact standard institutional customer agreements with such broker or brokers as the Adviser will select as provided herein. The Adviser will cause all securities and other property purchased or sold for a Fund to be settled at the place of business of the Fund’s custodian or as the custodian will direct. All securities and other property of a Fund will remain in the direct or indirect custody of the custodian except as otherwise authorized by the Board.
Brokerage Accounts. Since January 1, 2000, none of RGHI or any of its Affiliates has or has had a brokerage or similar account with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Brokerage Accounts. A brokerage account is an arrangement between an investor and a licensed brokerage firm that allows the investor to deposit funds with the firm and place investment orders through the brokerage which then carries out the transactions on the investor’s behalf. The investor is the owner of the assets contained in the brokerage account. Brokerage accounts allow customer to invest in stocks, exchange traded funds (ETFs), bonds, UITs, mutual funds, and options. Brokerage accounts can be setup on margin, which allows the customer to invest with borrowed cash or stock (short selling). Money market accounts are provided for idle cash and may allow check writing, on-demand ACH, and check card privileges.
