Automobile Compensation. The Board agrees to reimburse the Superintendent for mileage incurred for School Corporation business outside of the district upon the submission of a properly executed and documented mileage claim each school year of this contract. The federal mileage rate is determined by the IRS and is adjusted each year.

Automobile Compensation. 7.1 Unit members required, in the course of their work, to drive personal automobiles from one school building to another, or authorized by the Superintendent or his/her designee to use personal automobiles on other District business, shall receive a car allowance at the maximum rate allowable by IRS as of July 1 of the school year in which such allowance is claimed, in accordance with District procedures.
Automobile Compensation. A teacher and/or custodian who drives to activities which take place away from the school building shall be compensated at the rate of the NJ OMB rate allowable for the use of his/her own automobile. Reimbursement shall be within 45 days of submission and shall be in a separate check.
