Automobile Expenses. Employer shall provide Employee with an automobile allowance in the amount of $750.00 per month, for payment of expenses relating to Employee's operation and use of an automobile in the course of performing duties and obligations under this Agreement.
Automobile Expenses means all automobile loan (including principal and interest), automobile lease or similar payments for an automobile designated by the Executive and all fuel, insurance, repairs and maintenance expenses with respect to such automobile.

Related to Automobile Expenses

  • Automobile means any self-propelled land motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer (including machinery, apparatus, or equipment attached thereto) which is principally designed and is being used for transportation of persons or property on public roads.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. Expenses also shall include Expenses incurred in connection with any appeal resulting from any Proceeding (as defined below), including without limitation the principal, premium, security for, and other costs relating to any cost bond, supersedeas bond, or other appeal bond or its equivalent. Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.
